Terms of Service
By downloading or using Munim, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Munim provides digital tools for shop billing, customer/supplier ledgers (khata), and stock tracking. Features may differ between the free plan andMunim Pro.
2. Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid Google account you control.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate shop information you choose to store and keep it lawful.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the service, probe security, or disrupt other users.
- Use Munim for illegal activity or fraudulent billing.
- Reverse engineer or resell the app except as allowed by law.
- Attempt to manipulate ads, analytics, or payments fraudulently.
4. Your data
You own the business records you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide Munim. OurPrivacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
5. Ads and Pro
The free plan may show advertisements (Google AdMob). Munim Pro removes in-app ads and may unlock additional features as described in the app. Subscriptions or one-time purchases, if offered, are subject to the store’s billing terms (e.g. Google Play).
6. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Internet connectivity is required for sync and sign-in. Offline behaviour may be limited.
7. Disclaimers
Munim is a bookkeeping aid, not professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for GST filings, invoices, and compliance in your jurisdiction. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss beyond what we can reasonably restore from our systems. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Munim in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) INR 2,000.
9. Termination
You may stop using Munim and delete your account at any time viaDelete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
