Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Munim account and associated shop data. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your Munim user profile linked to your Google sign-in
- Shop data stored for your account (parties, bills, ledger entries, products/stock, and related records in Firestore)
- App preferences tied to that account on our servers
What may remain
- Limited records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons (for as long as required)
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you
- Your Google account itself (managed by Google, not Munim)
How to request deletion
- Email hello@munim.appfrom the same Google email you use to sign in to Munim.
- Use subject line: Munim account deletion request.
- Include your registered email and (optional) shop name so we can verify ownership.
We will confirm the request and delete eligible data within30 days (usually sooner). You will receive a short confirmation email when the process is complete.
In-app deletion
If an in-app “Delete account” control is available in Settings, you may use that instead of email. The same deletion scope and timeline apply.
